Escape from your everyday stress or worries on beautiful Lake Ivanhoe near downtown Orlando. We will relax, unwind and connect with nature on a paddleboard as we perform gentle yoga and meditation on the water.
You will meet with your yoga instructor on shore at Lake Ivanhoe, one of Orlando’s most unique and gorgeous lakes. Lake Ivanhoe is centrally located just north of Downtown.
Lined with ancient cypress trees, the lake is home to bald eagles and other lake birds as well as otters, fish and turtles. There are no gators in Lake Ivanhoe so you can relax in safety.
Water has always been our favorite environment to practice yoga and meditation. It is the place where she feels the most connected to nature and to herself. It is her honor to share this space with guests.
You will paddle a short distance to warm up. Then settle into a relaxing water environment and anchor near shore. It is not necessary to know how to paddle or practice yoga already. We love beginners and this session is geared to the beginner. Experienced yogis will be given modifications to challenge themselves.
After a gentle yoga practice, you will be led through a guided meditation with specially chosen music for your experience.
After the guided meditation, you will be invited to stay immersed in the environment for a few minutes under the watchful eye of your instructor.

What to bring
Guests can wear a bathing suit or workout attire. Wear comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting a little damp. Bring a towel and change of clothing for after the tour.
